1.10 .15 adet kuru patlıcan (haşlanmış) 2. 100ğr. Kıyma 3.1,5 su bardağı pirinç 4. 2 büyük boy soğan ,1 diş sarımsak, sıvı yağ ,maydonoz, dere otu, pul biber, kara biber,nane, sumak.Yapılışı:
Pirinçler yıkanır . ince ince doğradığımız kuru soğan, maydonoz, dere otu,kıyma ve baharatlarda iyice karıştırılır . dolmalık patlıcanların içine doldurulup tencereye dizilir. Bir miktarda sıvı yağ gezdirilip 2 bardak sıcak su konup kısık ateşte pişirilir. Ilık olarak servis yapılır.
